The Magical Lantern Festival, which premiered in London last year, makes its Yorkshire debut this holiday season at Roundhay Park in Leeds.
This fun festival, which honours the 2000-year heritage of lantern festivals celebrated in Chinese culture, is a great way for students to experience holiday festivities in the UK. As well as enjoying classic holiday sights, festival visitors will go on a fascinating journey through stunning nature displays created from lanterns of all shapes, colours and sizes.
The festival will also feature an entertainment area with a funfair, Santa's Grotto, ice-skating rink, virtual reality gaming and food and drinks from around the world.
